Welding 101 – Intro to Welding
Rob will be leading an Intro to Welding.
This is the Basic startup class for using the Mig Welding in the Metal Area.
We will spend 30 minutes on basic safety and area requirements.
Then expect an hour of hands on setup and shared MIG welding time
I’m going to limit the number of students to 5 , so each person get enough hands on time to be able to feel comfortable using the MIG welder
Students should bring their own shield and gloves, if they have them. But they are not required, as we have setups available to use.
Please do NOT bring your own welding equipment to use, the setup and testing time could impact other students.
