There are a few things we receive especially frequent questions about, which we’ll go ahead and share answers to right here as well:
- We are a volunteer-run organization and don’t have any paid staff.
So we don’t offer anything like traditional customer service. It may take us a few days to get back to you about your inquiry. - Since we don’t have staff, we don’t take on jobs or provide any commercial services.
If you’re hoping to pay someone to build or repair something for you, you’re barking up the wrong tree and should look for other, specifically commercial, organizations.
