We want Knox Makers members to feel safe and to have confidential avenues for sharing concerns about things they experience within the space.
Peace officers are members who help resolve any interpersonal conflict within the membership. They field complaints and work to resolve any conflicts amicably. Only when that’s not possible or a situation is a gross behavior violation do they escalate to the board for resolution.
