Knox Makers™ is governed by its volunteer Board of Directors, who are elected each year at the Annual Members’ Meeting. They do the unglamorous work of managing our facilities, paying the bills, and other administrative tasks.
Many organizations elect boards of fancy people who work at some level of detachment from the membership and day-to-day operations of the organization. Our board members are all dues-paying members who are active in the shop and community.
