This is the basic authorization class for using the wood lathes in the wood working zone. In this class Neil will begin by covering the basics of how to operate a wood lathe safely. There will be a demonstration of how to use and sharpen the tools that are appropriate for turning spindles. The last half of the class will be dedicated to taking turns with hands-on experience using each of the tools.
