Few things are better than a warm drink on a cold winter day, and one of the best ways to enjoy it is in a custom hand-painted mug!

In this class, we’ll be painting ceramic mugs with your personalized words, images or designs. Custom mugs make the perfect gifts for family, friends and loved ones, and thanks to our special paints, your designs will stand up to washing, drinking and microwaving for years to come.

We will provide mugs, paints and simple instructions on how to cure your mugs at home in your oven — the only thing you need to bring is you and your ideas!

Price: $19.96 for general public and $14.96 for members. One additional ticket at member rate available per member as a guest. Guest must accompany member.

Directions: Knox Makers parking and entrance is located in the fenced area around the back of the SPARK building.

Knox Makers is a place for the Knoxville area’s engineers, artists, hobbyists, innovators, educators and entrepreneurs to work and play. We are a technology and art collective dedicated to the promotion of creativity enabled and informed by science. Our lectures, workshops, and outreach programs inspire and educate both members and the general public. Our workshop provides members with both the space for large projects and the tools to complete them. We are a non-profit educational organization supported by member dues and staffed by volunteers.
