Learn to make your own stained glass creations using the copper foil method! This class will cover the process start to finish and get you hands on experience to bring to your projects. We will go over the basics of choosing or making a good pattern, applying it to your chosen glass, cutting, grinding, foiling, burnishing, soldering, adding mounting points, cleaning, and finally finishing a piece. Then you can practice it all on a class pattern with us and hopefully leave having made your very own stained glass suncatcher! No prior experience or preparation is required, but please wear closed toe shoes and bring something to tie back any long hair with.
